Privacy

When you create an account we store your name, your email address and the sign-in method you used. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use these to run your account and to send you the things you asked for. Nothing else.

Your lesson progress, quiz results and exam scores are saved to your account so you can pick up on any device. Accounts and progress are stored with Google Firebase. If you use Profyn without an account, your progress is saved in your browser only.

We do not sell member data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Workshop recordings are hosted on Zoom under their retention terms.

To see what we hold on you or to have your account deleted, email privacy@profyn.org and we will action it within 30 days.

Notes saved on lessons stay in your own browser. They are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
